This website provides general information about Gustafson Capital and potential real estate financing. Website content, examples, discussions, and form submissions do not constitute an offer, approval, commitment to lend, financial advice, legal advice, tax advice, or a guarantee of financing. Any financing is subject to underwriting, due diligence, property and borrower eligibility, approval, available capital, satisfactory documentation, and executed final loan documents.

Business-purpose financing

Gustafson Capital's financing is intended for business-purpose, non-owner-occupied real estate transactions. It is not offered for personal, family, or household purposes or for owner-occupied consumer residences. Program availability, geographic coverage, rates, fees, leverage, and other terms may vary or change without notice.

Loan inquiries and your information

You agree that information and documents you submit are accurate, current, and complete to the best of your knowledge. You agree to promptly correct material changes. You authorize Gustafson Capital and its service providers to review and verify submitted information and, with any additional authorization required by law, obtain information reasonably necessary to evaluate or process a transaction.

A submission is only an inquiry and does not obligate you to borrow or Gustafson Capital to offer or provide financing. If these Terms conflict with signed loan or transaction documents, the signed documents control for that transaction.

Electronic communications

By contacting us electronically, you consent to receive responses and transaction-related communications electronically at the contact information you provide. You are responsible for maintaining accurate contact information. Marketing communications, if any, are subject to the choices described in our Privacy Notice; agreeing to receive marketing is not a condition of submitting a loan inquiry.

Privacy

Our Privacy Notice explains how information collected through the website and online loan inquiry may be collected, used, disclosed, and retained. It is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Google Forms and third-party services

The online loan inquiry is currently provided through Google Forms. Other features may link to or rely on third-party websites or services. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. Gustafson Capital does not control and is not responsible for third-party content, availability, security, or practices. A link does not by itself constitute an endorsement.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the website; attempt unauthorized access; interfere with its operation or security; introduce malware; scrape or copy content through automated means without permission; impersonate another person; submit false, fraudulent, unlawful, or infringing information; or use the website in violation of applicable law or another person's rights.
