This notice describes the practices of Gustafson Capital, LLC, operating as Gustafson Capital. It applies to information submitted through this website, by email, by telephone or text message, and through forms linked from this website. It does not replace any privacy notice or disclosure that may accompany a formal loan application or transaction.

Information you provide
We may collect information you choose to provide in connection with a loan inquiry or proposed real estate transaction, including:
- Identity and contact details, such as your name, date of birth, email address, telephone number, residential address, and mailing address;
- Personal and business profile details, such as borrower experience, borrowing entity information, and proposed title or vesting;
- Property and transaction details, such as property address, property type, purchase price, target closing date, requested financing, project purpose, and exit strategy;
- Existing financing details, including current loan balances, payment information, and lender information;
- Rental and property-operating details, including current or projected rent, lease status, occupancy, taxes, insurance, and homeowners association information;
- Rehabilitation, construction, and valuation details, including estimated rehabilitation costs, project budget, as-is value, after-repair value, and supporting property information;
- Refinance and cash-out details, including requested cash-out proceeds and the intended business purpose for those proceeds; and
- Typed names, acknowledgments, certifications, authorizations, and electronic signatures submitted with an inquiry or application.
We may also receive documents and other information you voluntarily provide as we evaluate or process a financing request.
Sensitive information not requested through Google Forms
Gustafson Capital's current Google Forms loan inquiry does not request Social Security numbers, online-banking credentials, bank-account login information, or payment-card information. Do not submit those items through the form or by ordinary email. If sensitive information is needed later, we will provide instructions for an appropriate collection method.
Automatic information, cookies, analytics, and pixels
When you use the website, our hosting and security providers may automatically process information such as your IP address, device and browser type, operating system, referring page, pages requested, access times, and server-log or security-event data. This information helps deliver the website, maintain security, diagnose errors, and prevent abuse.
The website itself does not currently use nonessential cookies, a dedicated analytics service, or advertising pixels. Essential cookies or similar technologies may be used by hosting and security providers when necessary to operate or protect the website. Google Forms may use cookies and collect technical information under Google's own policies when you open or submit the loan inquiry. If Gustafson Capital later adds analytics, advertising pixels, or other nonessential tracking, this notice will be updated and any consent or choice required by applicable law will be provided.
How we use information
We may use information to respond to questions; evaluate, underwrite, document, close, service, or otherwise support a financing request; verify information and prevent fraud; communicate about a proposed or existing transaction; improve our website and services; maintain security and business records; enforce our agreements; protect legal rights; and comply with legal, regulatory, tax, accounting, and recordkeeping obligations.
Email, telephone, and text communications
If you provide contact information, we may use email, telephone calls, or text messages to respond to your request and communicate about an application, transaction, document request, closing, account, or other service-related matter. These are transactional communications, not marketing communications.
Where permitted, we may separately send marketing communications about our services. You may opt out of marketing emails by using an unsubscribe link, when provided, or emailing us. You may opt out of marketing text messages by replying STOP. You may also ask us not to use a particular channel. A marketing opt-out will not prevent necessary transactional or service communications, which may be delivered through another available channel. Message and data rates may apply to text messages.
Google Forms and service providers
Our loan inquiry is currently hosted using Google Forms. Information submitted through that form is processed using Google's services and may also be subject to Google's privacy practices. We may use other service providers to host and secure the website, manage communications and records, prevent fraud, and support our business operations. These providers may process information for the services they perform for us.
How information may be disclosed
We may disclose information to service providers, professional advisers, capital providers or financing participants, title and closing professionals, appraisers, inspectors, insurance providers, property-related vendors, counterparties you direct us to involve, and government or regulatory authorities when reasonably necessary to evaluate or support a transaction, operate our business, protect rights or safety, detect fraud, or comply with applicable requirements. Information may also be disclosed with your direction or consent.
Sale and targeted advertising
As the website and Google Forms loan inquiry are currently configured, Gustafson Capital does not sell personal information collected through them and does not share that information for targeted advertising or cross-context behavioral advertising. The website does not currently use advertising pixels. This statement is limited to the practices described in this notice. If these practices change, we will update this notice and provide any rights or choices required by applicable law.
Business transfers
Information may be disclosed or transferred as part of an actual or proposed merger, financing, acquisition, sale of assets, reorganization, bankruptcy, receivership, or similar business transaction, subject to applicable law and appropriate confidentiality protections.
Third-party links and services
This website may link to Google Forms and other third-party websites or services. Gustafson Capital does not control their privacy, security, or content practices. Review the applicable third party's policies before providing information. A link does not by itself constitute an endorsement.

To submit a request, email info@gustafsoncapital.co with the subject “Privacy Request” and describe the request. We may ask for information reasonably necessary to verify your identity and authority. An authorized agent may submit a request where permitted by law, subject to verification of the agent's authority and, when appropriate, your identity.
We will respond within the period required by applicable law. A request may be limited or denied when information must be retained to comply with law, preserve transaction or business records, complete a contract, detect fraud or security incidents, establish or defend legal claims, or protect the rights of others. If we deny a request, you may email us with the subject “Privacy Appeal” and explain why you believe the decision should be reconsidered. We will not discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right.
Children's privacy
This website is intended for adults seeking business-purpose real estate financing and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly request personal information from children through this website.
